set_camera_mode

PX4 capability domain: camera-media. PX4 mapping: MAV_CMD_SET_CAMERA_MODE. Set camera running mode. Use NaN for reserved values. GCS will send a MAV_CMD_REQUEST_VIDEO_STREAM_STATUS command after a mode change if the camera supports video streaming.

PX4 ACK Mapping

After sending the frame, the PX4 agent waits for COMMAND_ACK and correlates the response by command id. Disabled mode sends no frame and completes with a rejected lifecycle result.
